Join Charlotte in this live stream talk as she discusess the imporatnce of wellbeing and how we can realistically achieve this. From your busy mind to your tired body, Charlotte is going to take you through some key moments where you can pin point what it is you need to address and how to do so whilst managing your energy and goals. 

Charlotte has years of experince in the fitness world and has cultivated a mindset to help her manage all the daily roles, tasks and goals in her life. Charlotte is mindful of the modern day busy schedules we lead and how this can affect our motivation and bring limiting believes to the surface. This live stream talk has been designed to help the busiest of people bring some realistic balance to all four corners of their wellbeing, these being the mind, body, soul and energy.

Back to Basics - self care isn't selfish

We live in such a busy world now with constant demands on us it can feel like our own health and wellbeing is a luxury rather than a necessity. But if you're not operating at the best level you can be, those around you will feel the negative impact of this and it can lower the vibrations for the whole collective.

We have to find ways to look after our minds and bodies as part of our busy routines/

How do we fit this in?

Your body knows when your mind is not right and mind can play havoc with how you care for your body. Both how we treat our bodies, the energy we expose ourselves too and what we eat massively impacts our mindset. It's all intertwined.

In this talk I will cover simple ways to ensure you've got both parts of you being taken care of including:

  2. What to eat and when
  3. The importance of moving your body, however that feels, whatever your budget
  4. How to build these three things into your already busy life - motivation, habit stacking and quick wins
